All rooms in the Hotel and all public areas are equipped with Air Conditioning. Important notice: you must keep the balcony door closed to make the A/C in operation.
BEACH FACILITIES
The parasols and the sun beds are free of charge. Please do not leave your beach towels and your private items without your observation because we do not have any responsibility for lost items. Also, we ask you kindly not to open the parasols if the wind is very strong to avoid unpleasant accidents.
BEACH -TOWELS
Guests are kindly requested not tο use the white bathroom towels οn the beach.
ROOM CLEANING SERVICE
Rooms are cleaned every day. Towels are changed every day and bed sheets every 3rd day.
TOWELS REPLACEMENT
If you wish room towels replacement please contact the Reception at 7 on your telephone.
HOUSEKEEPING
If you wish your room to be refreshed in a certain time we kindly ask you to inform the reception during morning to fulfil your wish.
TV
All rooms have satellite/smart TV with internet connection.
DO NOT DISTURB SIGN
Please hang the provided "do not disturb" sign outside your door if you need so. Notice only that if you wish that your room has to be cleaned you have to remove this card not later than 15:00. If you do not want tο receive any telephone calls in your room, please contact the reception.

The Hotel has one lift. For safety reasons, please do not allow children under 12 years old to use the lifts without be accompanied by an adult.

For luggage collection or storage, please contact the reception. Luggage room is available next to the Reception. Luggage transfer.
RECEIPTS FROM THE SELLING POINTS
Dear guests, as it happens very often the tax office pays visits to Hotels and for this reason we kindly request you ask for your receipts from all service points of our hotel and keep them with you. If you wish that the items you have purchased have to be charged in your room you must show your card folder as a proof that you are the resident of the corresponding room, and then you have to sign the receipt putting on the room nr and your surname clearly to avoid miss charges.
ELECTRIC KETTLE
There is an electric kettle at your disposal. Please use it only to heat water and not any other liquid.
COFFEE MACHINE
Espresso coffee machine at the rooms.
NON-SMOKING ROOMS
All the rooms in the Hotel are Non-Smoking. Therefore, we ask you kindly to smoke only at your balcony.
SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES
The hotel does not accept any responsibility for the loss of any valuables. We therefore advise all our guests to use the safe deposit boxes which are available in every room, free of charge.
